Get the net! It’s almost that time again, the weather is starting to warm up and it won’t be long before you’ll hear us yelling that around the bay. Run-N-Gun is known for its ability to put all anglers on good fish while wading in the summer months. This summer will be no different! This year we have multiple boats to try and have one open on the day you need us. We have also added some awesome floundering boats to the fleet this year. June is already beginning to fill up really fast and May has a few open dates scattered around as of right now. We fish out of Matagorda, Texas. And hunt in Matagorda and surrounding Texas counties. We are located about an 65 miles southwest of houston along the the Texas Gulf Coast right outside of Bay City, Texas. This is great if you live in or around Houston and want to leave work at noon on a friday and be sitting in a stand that afternoon. If you need to fly into Houston, we are about an hour and half from either major airport. We can arrange to pick you up from the airport and talk about your hunting/fishing experience that you are about to have with us. If you have access to a plane, we have an airport in Bay City that is about 20 minutes from the lodge. Our location is great because we are close enough to the city for a relaxing weekend get-a-way that won't involve a lot of driving.
