Justin was born and raised in south Florida & moved to Vail, Colorado for high school.He was captain of the cooking team for the Pro-Start Culinary
Program at Battle Mountain High School and guided his team to a 2nd place finish at state. After graduating in 2001, Justin immediately went on
to attend culinary school at Kendall College in Chicago, Illinois. After culinary school, he moved back to Florida where he fine tuned his craft
working as a sous chef for several different fine dining restaurants, ranging from oceanfront fresh local seafood to authentic Italian pizzerias.
He relocated to Texas in June of 2010 where he has been working as an executive chef in the Bay City area for the past 8+ years. He is proud to
be a part of the Run-N-Gun team and is looking forward to providing his culinary expertise to our clients.
